My name is Dr. Claudius A. Carnegie, P. E., and I am currently a NSU Doctoral Alumnus in Higher Educational Leadership, and a current NSU MSRED Alumnus in real estate law, financing, investments, and development. Having worked in the back end of the real-estate (RE) Industry for most of my life---as a Licensed P. E., in many Global jurisdictions, I wanted to re-invent myself, by learning the front end of this RE Industry and continuum----through this completed MSRED program, and in becoming a licensed Florida REALTOR, pursuant to being an International real estate developer, Licensed REALTOR, and general Consultant.
